a river of emotions, in beta bien-sûr
emotionals searches a Twitter RSS feed for emotions (for now disguised as tags, or better said, triggers).
I am writing this message to express my :joy!
In the above (not very subtle) example, the emotional tag trigger is :joy.
In a dictionnary file, the trigger is associated with an emotion; the same dictionnary file is used to store paths to photos, used to render emotional tweets.
Sorry, it doesn't work with Internet Explorer. Maybe IE8? If you haven't, try Firefox.
The dictionnary can contain an endless list of unique emotions and triggers. But of course, who will endlessy take photos of themselves? This is how the list is setup:
emotion:
- trigger
- trigger
- trigger
Example:
joy:
- happy
- w00t
- yes
- wohoo
- yey
- joy
It uses 5 bubbles for now (hover your mouse to know their names):

I can host your feed if you have your pictures. If you want things to be different (design-wise, feature-wise, etc.) it's better if you can contribute to the changes :) alexandre.solleiro _AT_ gmail.com
